I highly recommend this type of training. I am a 48 year old former Royal Marine Commando who joined when I was 16. Once you learn to think and train like the Elite, you become Elite. Good Luck Sam... the world needs real wise guys like you helping strengthen the world we live in.
Thanks mate!! Really appreciate that!! Still as fit as a fiddle by the looks of things mate.
@@CompleteCommando just got a wee bit of COVID belly to burn off but other than that champ, always at the ready.
@@Dennythetrainer Quality mate! Did I see a comment about coming out to train with you guys?
@@CompleteCommando Yes mate... we are based on Koh Tao, Thailand and we plan anything you want in fitness and adventure holidays. Boxing (Stand Up) Boxing (Muay Thai) Anything outdoor and indoor fitness, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Climbing, Scuba Diving, Free Diving... the list goes on.
I am also on the hunt for a trainer/manager/legend, so I can step off the floor and focus more on boxing promotion and recruiting fighters etc. Then COVID hit, so... we wait.
Looks good!
Thanks mate..we have 18 lads signed up so far getting good results 👍
I want to join as an officer, will this help me greatly? I'm in good physical shape but need to work on the vPJFT.
My AFCO just sent me a RM training program thats full of deadlifts, squats etc but i've seen lots of lads talking about this. Are there tests for weighted stuff or is that just to help with general strength and power? Not sure what to follow!
This plan is bodyweight and running only but you can add the weightlifting plan along side it 👌
What equipment is needed please?
Just a pull up bar mate
@@CompleteCommando thanks
Any recommended pull up bars ?
