      This was such a fantastic video. Thank you for the work that it took to put this together. It's been an extremely helpful resource for people wanting to learn more about singing.
      Beyonce is an excellent demonstration of using posture to achieve wildly different tones, but I am not so savvy as to be able to put a compilation like this together.

    In my opinion this is the best she's ever sounded. In pop a lot of singers are pressured to misuse their voice and have an unnatural vocal trajectory, "peaking" in their 20s and declining from there. Beyoncé has somehow managed through good technique, evidently great vocal practices + a clean lifestyle, and not releasing TOO many projects, to have a vocal trajectory more similar to professional singers before the "pop megastar". Like opera singers traditionally, where you can have a career in your 20s but knowing the voice generally isn't fully developed, and improving in 30s and peaking in 40s & even 50s. Lost a bit of ease at the top as is normal (age PLUS childbirth), but the voice sounds almost twice as large in its middle-upper mid & agility, transitions, and everything else are better than ever.

    I love how for this tour she's focused more on consistency and perfect excecution rather than trying to belt at the top of her range

    • @xQnKx
      @xQnKx 9 місяців тому +9

      I think she’s always been consistent though, I just that she’s always been an Messo alto. With age, mult pregnancies, and longevity that it’s made her range more rich and darker.

    • @whitneyhouston1122

      Some people have more than three kids and they are still Sopranos with high light voices. So it doesn't really always change everyone's voice type. Ik some mezzos who's voices got higher from pregnanc. So it's some.

    • @mlh1367
      @mlh1367 6 днів тому

      She’s always been consistent though. And hardly any of the songs she sang required high belting anyway. But she did do that in a few of them.

    Yall know Beyonce is a mezzo right??? Being able to consistently belt up to Eb5 and extending to E5/F5 is crazy for a mezzo. And the fact that she's belting full C5/C#5 with ease and fully supported is mindblowing. Again, shes not a soprano, this is a crazy feat for her vocal type at her age.

    • @dimasher01
      @dimasher01 9 місяців тому +18

      She is our queen of everything in vocals🤗 she is soooo powerful and she is only 42. What she would show is when she will be 55, 65, 75?😭😭😭😭😭😭

    • @Kiswenndia
      @Kiswenndia 9 місяців тому +5

      She's still naturally a soprano, who deepened into a mezzo and she's preserve her vocals so she's still going to be able to go up to a G5 like when she did I Care for Homecoming and Freedom Perform live.

I can't really tell above A5, i would say most Bb5s sound good but not so sure about B5s... @@BornxBravefunny enough her voice barely lowered(atleast not as much as yall think) the pregnancies I feel like added some weight to her voice ofc but it didn’t Lower it much. She’s still a soprano. Honestly I don’t think she needs to growl to hit the higher notes, I actually feel like it’s harder to growl as high as she is than doing it without it. It’s more so an artistic preference than anything, not rlly something she necessarily relies on if yk what I mean. Odd tho that your saying almost all of her upper belts when most of them were without growls tho? Idk

    I don’t she was holding back vocally at all, actually we got better vocals than OTR 2.
    Her tessitura is not the same, but she still gave amazing vocals and had incredible consistency. Her technique is really impressive.
    Still one of the best vocalists we have now, she’s just not belting F5 and above with ease anymore… move on, guys

      @Kylie_Knowles_ 7 місяців тому +1

      @@whitneyhouston1122what sense does it make for a low sop voice to drop to a mezzo voice from drinking? Doesn’t make any sense. But rather throughout the decades her voice has dropped alittle, has darkened, and has gotten weighter because she’s older and has had kids, she also approaches her belting differently, in comparison since yall like to compare 20yr old to40yr old which makes no sense but wtv. In TBE she would approach belting with more of a twangy narrower space while in Rwt she’s more open throated and rounder. So her belts will ofc sound different due to all of those shifts. Drinking isn’t a cause tho.
