    Summary of the whole video
Learn how to do research for a branding and web designing project
    - Understand how to create mental models and use research tools
    - Start with client conversations to understand their needs and expectations
    1) Strategic Conversations
Ask them questions that pushes them/enable them to tell me all the information I want about
    - About their Business
    - Their Brand
    - Their Customers
    - Their Competitors
    - Culture of the Business/Company
    - Brand Voice
    - What do customers feel when they work with them
    - How do they feel when they have completed work with them ( Happy, Excited, Nervous )
Think how the keywords/Phrases might translate into design
💡 This is done generally in the first meeting just after the kickoff meeting
    - Developing keywords and phrases to understand the culture, brand, and customers.
    - Using these words and phrases for design elements such as color, mock-ups, and photography.
    2) To design effectively, it's important to note down and connect all relevant keywords
Noting down and relating ( connecting all keywords or attributes from the meeting
    - Pay attention to how clients feel about the design to better understand their needs
    - Create a network or linkage of keywords to connect attributes and design elements
    Use Behance for design references
    3) Create an organized mood board and style scape
    Look for references online
    - Behance
    - Dribble
Gather images that match chosen keywords and elements seen online
Do not stress about finding the perfect element and focus on creating content
    4) Starting with a blank paper and pen for creative exploration.
Use shapes and designs to create something new.
Don't worry about being perfect, just let your creativity flow.
Create mental models or categories of information
Use categorized elements to create a style scape in Photoshop
    5) Importance of reminding the team about keywords discussed in meeting
Explaining how each hour was spent on design and research.
Showing how keywords were used to come up with a design direction.
