All this time I thought they were singing "You need to be there when your baby's old enough to be laid." Yes, that is a dark message which fits the rest of the song, considering the previous line is about putting crack away. 😐
This is an incredibly high quality recording wow, 2:11 and the beginning are so clear, the sense of space the reverb adds is incredible. Edit 2 years later: Having college experience now dealing with electronic music production and actually using general music and recording theory/techniques to recording my own music, this recording indeed is no less impressive, and still stands out, however I can really hear the distortion caused by UA-cam's audio compression algorithm now. What I think is happening to make this still sound so good though is while the mix is still indeed quite good, and the sounds from the instruments is undoubtably quite clear, the core thing causing the feeling of clean open space is the fact that this is the instrumental, and as such all the space intended to be filled by vocals is just completely empty, making the mix feel open because you're able to clearly hear all the reverb and all of the roll off of every sound with no obstructions. The track as a whole is also not too overly complex melody wise, making it very easy for your ear to fallow all the way through all the solos, which adds to the sense you get that this is a very good clean recording.

You can clearly hear the guitar from When the Music is Over by The Doors being played almost the same in this song, again, not direct. But you can hear somewhat of a similarity in it. Even look at the guitar chords for both of the songs, there is distinct similarities between both.
