Thomas is one of the best running backs/athletes I've ever seen in person. And this is coming from a true alabama fan whose seen guys like Shaun Alexander, Freddie Millons, and even Tyrone Prothro in his prime. This guy is very impressive

On the very first play of the video De'Anthony broke a tackle from the #6 overall pick in the NFL Draft Morris Claibourne. That's really good for a true freshman in his first college game. Thomas is going to be great in the future.

Donovan is also a versatile player and as a top junior in the state of California, he hopes to follow in Thomas' success during his senior year!

good thing ncaa ain't the pros then... this kid is amazing. Imagine what he'll be doing in 3 years with Chip's playbook and a great O line, especially if he can avoid injury
Because football rarely is ran in straight line, 40-yard dash. It's obvious DAT is in the 4.3 range, but when you combine that speed with agility unmatched in the NCAA, you get the most exciting football player in the country.
Have had sevral USC fans tell me they don't carr that this "little midget" switched to Oregon after committing to USC. I definately care, he fits into oregons system soooooo perfectly it's ridiculous. Thanks for another mad good highlight video all the time and effort put into these is most definately appreciatd.

De'Anthony's speed is killer..defenses just can't handle him. And he's not even the fastest guy on the team!!! Tacoi Sumler, from De'Anthony's class, who redshirted this past year, was the fasted player out of high school last year, running a 4.24 40! With those two playing next year...oh gods
If you compare the run at 1:00 and 9:00 you can tell that he was jogging. Theres a difference between letting your blockers go ahead of you, and out running corner backs and safetys
That's your opinion. Everyone has their own opinion on who the "best" player is. We have a freshman quarterback that looks great and a great looking pair of backs that have a few more years. This may not be our year but look forward to seeing Oregon in the top 10, possibly the top 5 and even another National Championship run in the upcoming years.
All I can say is.........DAAAAMN! Next season going be to fun to watch. And I just noticed...he is small BUT he is way faster than everybody on defense through out the ncaa. And what makes it worst is that he can make u miss in a split sec thn race to the zone, bad combination. He will probably be either WR or some kind of returner in the NFL. You don't see many RB's running the ball in the NFL at his size. Either way he is a play-maker. Like Tim Tebow.

There is a huge difference between running all over a Big 10 or PAC 12 defense and running all over a big 12 or a SEC defense.
