@@marikiemarie7622 idk about you but it was pretty effective for me. It keeped my spirits up and made me feel less tired and more productive. Maybe it doesn't work for you but don't try to discourage ppl from trying something.

Hahahaha sorry for putting pressure on you but just know that your bullet journal doesn’t have to be perfect! You can mess up the lines, the drawings, the letterings etc and that’s okay! Just be happy with what you’ve created and take all those little mistakes as lessons for yourself! You can do it! Fighting! 🤍✨💪

1 question why????? Bullet journal is used to save time and for productivity when you waste time putting too much effort in this. I think this was not the creator of bujo wants. But idk maybe it works for you but it wont save any time and waste too much money on stationary

It's not effective . It creates more anxiety. I wouldn't recommend it. Do real scrapbooks with family photos or of photos you have taken.

I journal at the end of my day looking back over things, so I always put how I'm feeling in the moment/how I felt about the day overall
I do two, one in the morning when I wake up and one before bed ❤
