Thank you all for shooting your fantastic footage. It was really great to be able to see this song from all of the different vantage points in the crowd & it makes it easy to appreciate the scale of the show & how it can look so different from each angle.

Hi Tony. It's always amazed me how impactful music can be on one's life. When I hear certain songs, they catapult me right back to specific points in my own life. The music enables me to relive or remember an event more vividly and can even bring back emotions at the time. I'm sorry to hear about your wife's passing - I'm sure it's not easy and although it's a cliche, the passing of time can make life a little easier to put up with. I hope you have lots of fond memories of your wife and being able to relive / remember happier times through music and videos such as these is a postive thing to have. Wishing you all the best. I was in the middle of that. Been to them all, McCartney, Oasis, Elton, billy joel, even the flippin Bee Gees but this was the most incredible experience ever at a gig. Possibly the best gig ever at Croke park.

Me and the Mrs saw them at Cardiff and it was one of the best live shows we've ever seen in our 18 years together - absolutely spectacular. Amazing memories.

Holy shit, this is Adam dancing with his idol, it makes me sooooo happy when I see fans with Chris and the rest of Coldplay of course.
It was a great moment during the night. Crowd responded really well to this when it happened. Its a memory that a lot of people will keep for a long time & then be able to look back again on the video as a reminder & to share with others. Adam is officially part of Coldplay's history :-)

Thanks. The bar was raised very high for the gig that night. I think Magical would have been a fair word used to describe the experience. Thanks for watching the clip Amy. I hope that someday you are in a position to see them live. Its very expensive trying to get to see bands these days & I always feel privileged & know I'm lucky when I can get a chance to go see a great band. I don't take that for granted. I wish you all the best & that someday you get to go to see Coldplay or your other favorite bands.
Nothing will ever top this night for me fantastic still getting goosebumps looking at this.
I went to the Principality Stadium and it was breathtaking. The crowd were immense. This looks as equally as good atmosphere with the crowd.
Chris also got someone up on stage to play piano with him. Fair play to them, they’re hugely successful but also seem genuinely nice and humble guys.
There are rumours this would be their final tour, think they’re back peddling as apparently they are now working on a new album. I hope they tour again as I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
Yes - absolutely agree. They are brilliant to see live and the guys certainly do come across as humble and genuine in real life (from what we see anyway). Glad you got to see them at the Principality Stadium. It sound like it was amazing. 😀

Great work by the way. You should do editing for a living. You capture it perfectly and the slow mo especially at the end with the look of the fans face as the music winds down. Superb.

I’m definitely up for seeing them for the fourth time if they do a tour for Everyday Life, last time I was right opposite the stage at Wembley Stadium I couldn’t believe my seats when I arrived

I don't believe the Elephant was staged (in terms of the whole thing being a pre-arranged setup). I think the fan's name wearing the Elephant outfit is Adam. He appeared several times on the large screen behind the band throughout the show. Adam may have seen this done before but I've no idea. It certainly looked real & very unplanned as you can see the surprise & delight on people around Adam as he's called to the B-Stage by Chris. I think Adam just waited patiently throughout the whole show in the hope he might just catch Chris's attention & get brought up on stage. Chris obviously saw him throughout the show & decided to bring him up towards the end more than likely out of acknowledgement for his dedication & patience. Who knows - that's just my take on how I thought it was on the night. I may stand corrected if anyone knows differently though. Hope that's ok please.
bonoman66 thank you for that bonoman 😊 I just wondered as you look at their Twitter and the uploads of a concert in Sweden you'll see an elephant on stage and in the audience aswell and I wondered a) was it staged b) was it the same guy coming to a lot of shows or c) had someone seen the previous elephant and decided to try it out too and see if they could get on stage aswell so I was just curious! thank you for your thoughtful and considered reply 😊 and for the video of course!

Yeah. I think they'd be very well received here based on all the previous gigs they've played. Just fabulous to experience live. We'd just ideally need some nice weather if it was an outdoor show. That last gig in Croke Park was pretty perfect all round - band on form, wonderful audience ( apart from whoever threw the bottle at the b stage), lovely weather, great stage / production, good music...Thanks for your comment and taking time to have a look at the video.

I'm sorry but at present I wouldn't have time to do that but if you just search for multicamera mixing or multicamera editing, I'm certain you'll see examples of how its done in a general sense & the examples would be helpful to you if you were interested in learning more about the technique. Hope that's ok please.

Yes. Because Coldplay have now released their official live CD/DVD of this tour, their record company requested UA-cam to take my videos of Fix You down. Sorry but I have no control over that etc..

Appreciate that and I am disappointed too, however, I do realise that artists/record companies/anyone who owns the copyright on what you upload is correctly entitled to have it taken down if they choose. I've been very lucky in that a lot of artists/record companies choose not to take videos down and instead put adverts on them 😉 I just film and upload for a personal memory of a specific show, Thank you again for all the time you spent watching this in the past. I hope Coldplay release a High Definition BluRay of this tour because I'd happily buy it. I'm not interested in buying the standard definition DVD that they have currently released. Cheers
