    Ingredients:
    - 1 glass of rice
    - 1 potato
    - 1 onion
    - 3 green chillies
    - Curry leaves
    - Coriander leaves
    - 1/2 tsp dry chilli flakes
    - Pinch of baking soda
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for frying
    Instructions:
    1. Wash the raw rice and soak it in water for 1 hour.
    2. Blend the soaked rice finely, then add cooked and mashed potato and blend again.
    3. Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, dry red chilli flakes, a pinch of baking soda, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 5 minutes, ensuring the mixture is thick.
    4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
    5. Once the oil is hot, take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil using your fingers or a spoon, keeping some distance between the batter portions to prevent sticking.
    6. Fry the batter portions until they turn golden brown and crispy, flipping them occasionally for even cooking.
    7. Once the Goli Bajjis are cooked to a golden brown color and crispy texture, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.
    8. Serve the Goli Bajjis hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
