Shifting from Colorado to Kuwait was a huge thing to me. But now I'm in Kuwait and I'm loving it out here. The best decision in my life is to live in a such peaceful and diverse country like Kuwait.

This is just the silver lining of things, dig deep and you'll find a much darker world. I've lived there as an expat all my life and the country has been a home away from home , i live abroad now but every now and then i visit my folks in Q8. I do love the peeps there, some good folks and some ignorant and futile to rationalize with. Kudos to you guys going ahead as a nation in all fields, just try growing as human beings too. It'll help you guys big time.

New advancements in solar energy in the past few years would produce a greater $:watt ratio than whatever Andy Biffen conned you on. In my opinion they should focus on the port/shipping. Kuwait has the best location for middle east distribution, and already has one of the top ports in the Persian gulf. Further advancements would ensure their domination in the shipping industry. Then as other locations grow such as Dubai, so will the Kuwait economy.

Kuwait is a paradise for others, but for Filipinos it is a battle field. Filipinos heard stories about they got abuses by thier boss. Lucky ones they called veterans who thier boss treat them as a human being but some ain't so lucky. Some are being killed and other are being blame for stealing worst are being beaten. My mother is a Filipino my father is an Arab. He was my mother's boss and he keep on raping my mother and at the time he known that my mother was pregnant he ordered my mother to abort me. But my mother refuse and rather leave this God forsaken country. Until today I still want to have revenge for my father's sins both religion Muslim and Christian here in the Philippines always remind me with an advice that revenge is a poison. My lesson in life treat everyone as a human being. At the end we will be judged. Wealth make us drunk to power. Love one another. Live your life good and what every you are, what ever your position in life be a GOOD one not like my father. Please Arabs educate your people, practice how to smile and act like decent human beings. I worked in Kuwait for 24 years as a teacher but the ministry of education rubbed almost half my pension 4256 KD ( 14000 $) during resignation under the name of indebtness which I knew nothing about . And when I made a complaint they refused it verbally on the telephone .
