I love perfumes and I remember getting my first bottle of Obsession from my boyfriend for Christmas when it came out in the 80’s. It was so popular everybody had to have it, and the smell was AMAZING.😍 I’m going to purchase me a bottle to add to my collection.

Hi there! Fellow youtuber here and am so excited to find this review. Have been wearing Obsession since the 90s... one of the best ambery resinous gems, and people rarely talk about it these days (I think it smells like a $200 perfume). Just got a new bottle today! Excited to try the night version... thank you!
I wore it in the 80s. If it’s reformulated it smells the same as it did back then. I also loved Halston back in the 80s even more, but that fragrance is unrecognizable now.
I lovvveeee obsession! It smells like the feminin version of cigars, money and gambling. (Thats the best way i can describe it 😄). Im yet to try thr night one.

I'd recommend Obsession for winter night wear. It's so long wearing, such a strong fragrance, I personally would not wear it at work. It gets noticed. It's not for everyone, but is a deep, warm oriental with masculine leanings. I much prefer Obsession Night.
I’m a guy but the original Obsession(not Obsession for men, I do layer them often though) is my signature omg it’s so good
This is one of my favorite scents. I have very modern, expensive fragrances that don't compare. Plus it lasts on me a long time.❤I will need to try the night version.
I have this one. The obsession. It was reformulated, I’m thinking about finding the original version because my great aunt had that in her collection... brings back memories...
The Obsession men line and most of the flankers are are one of my favorite colognes especially dark obsession.

Fell in love with Obsession in high school my freshman year! Many years passed and I bought a bottle on Fragnet and she has been on repeat for the past 10 years! I have gone through so many bottles of this!! I have too many fragrances because I just love them so much, but Obsession is just my everyday happy place. It’s rich, sweet, warm, comforting and addicting! I love that I can smell it on myself all day - I want to enjoy my fragrance - thank you! She’s a forever and some people throw big shade… that’s ok save it for us! The Night my daughter wears and loves.❤
Obsession for men stick deodorant smells awesome. I use it all over myself and smell magnificent. This is a strong parfum, a little goes far. Thank you for the informative and entertaining review. 👍💃💰
I know people talk about it being only for night or for winter… that totally depends on your personality. I wear this all year long whenever I’m in the mood and it doesn’t wear me. It turns soft and lingers. Don’t be afraid of this one. It is strong on initial spray and then quickly turns to amber, vanilla warm hugs in a quickness. As a mama of 4, my kiddos love to hug me cuz I smell like heaven!

I just ordered mine! I don't know how it smells but I trust you😂 and this is the first time I bought perfume without knowing how it smells like and i"ll let you know what I think about it.
Update: I got the perfume and idk how to describe smell but I’ll try my best. I would say it’s really strong, spicy, woody smell. Even though it’s for women, for me it smell like a men’s perfume. The smell is not bad. It’s just that I don’t like very strong scent and it’s because I prefer sweet and sexy scent (but this one is definitely sexy but I wouldn’t say it’s sweet) and I would give 6/10.

Yes obsession is more spicy sweet I agree and do agree that it’s not for everybody lol you probably would like gourmand fragrances usually those type of fragrances are sweet n easier on the noise 👍😃
I love this fragrance. My mom wore it, it’s a bit different the recent bottles. But I love it. A lot of people don’t. Haha nothing like the sweet modern perfumes I have

Am not a fan of the original .. but I got the night one I would say the night is for a day the original for night as the original is spiced !!! But I loveeee the night
You should have seen the original obsession for women’s bottle.
Brought obsession night at the store thinking it was the men version. Crazy to say I’ll be the first to say it’s unisex now, I don’t give no fuck😂 it smell good & neutral.

I don’t know but every one’s going gaga over the reformulated one but i am here scratching my head thinking how can that smell be what all youtubers are describing. Mine is not a dupe or dummy, i know for sure coz i looked up the bar code for the manufacturing information, its made in Spain but the original one , vintage is made in USA
