Awareness and acceptance is key to healing. Your shadow is your shadow for a reason it's that part of yourself you don't want to see. But when you really look at it and validate yourself give yourself room so you don't harshly criticize yourself. Shame and guilt come up during this process you have to sit with it. Accept it because we are human with flaws. Sometimes you have to be careful with working with your shadow because of it being the things you cast out of yourself. Sometimes its the stuff you hate about yourself. N when you try to heal it sometimes it can bring you further into that hate. You have to be gentle with yourself. I've had times where when I saw my shadow I felt like a villain in my own life because I saw how I projected that onto others. It made me feel like a bad person. No one is a "bad person." There is people that choose to do bad things. But it isn't black and white. But this is what I've been learning on my spiritual path I chose. I stand firm in the belief we are responsible for our emotions.

People who think their time, effort is worth more than other people's. I gotta think about how I do that

What bothers you about others is not "always" inside of you. It can just be a really good clue to examine. I wish you luck.
