Do you mean blue ribbons? You can see a full list of what every bush gives when you visit someone on your boat. Every bush has the list of what it "might" give you beside it underneath the bush name. Speargrass give ribbons, but I believe some others give the chance of that as well.
Just saw this, sorry. The free drink gives something different daily. You can always purchase a badge drink in the lounge unless you've just joined a team...then there is a 48 hour waiting period before they become available. The style of drink you choose has nothing to do with what is in it. So, you can scroll between any of the drink styles for the "look" you want, and choose from the right side what that drink will give.
