My new favorite food channel. My favorite thing about your channel is how you explain the knowledge behind each ingredient so we can understand and really learn. Rather than just copying a recipe. ❤

Just tried this last night! So delicious and crunchy! The texture was perfect. I did not think it was that easy to make mochi lol. Thanks for yet another amazing recipe!

Thanks for this. Note: Cake flour is made with lower gluten wheat where as bread and pizza flour are made from high gluten wheat, normally something like winter wheat or red wheat. The difference gives less chew to cakes.

I appreciate this channel so much! Living where I do, it's impossible to try a decent variety of foods without absurdly long road trips. Thank you for such excellent, approachable content.

I would say one of the best snacks. Yeah. You can go wild with these things with flavors or added ingredients.

Looks tasty! I just made HK egg waffles last night and still trying to get it right (wife says they're too cakey). I wouldnt dare try adding mochi yet.

Try this batter without the mochi! This is our regular batter so it’s good by itself too!
