Great review! I play ACC, iRacing and AMS2. Going from one to the other doesn’t take a huge amount of adjusting. Maybe 15 minutes drive time? For me anyway. I prefer AMS2 for VR but ACC is my main. I agree that VR implementation can get better, but I am confident the developers are aware of that and working on it. Keep up the great work.
GT7 is the best sim ever No any ither sim nor game could simulate realistically as GT7 does GT7 is the only sim that is capable of simulalating celestial sphere and light scattering in sky and full 24 hour cycle, ACC can't do any of these BTY, GT7 also has mire accurate Nordschleife of all sims that ACC can only dream about.
I still play Project Cars 2... solid game with a whole heap of carss and tracks as standard, I thought the physics and weather models were good... PC3 was a proper letdown and I didn't even both... New to AC/ACC...
@@dc-sc1vm I was waiting for 3, thought it would be an improvement to what they had (like they did from 1 to 2)... and they blew it...!!! Honestly, I dread the announcement of a new Splinter Cell...

Yea just get a PC man. I was console for ever until I got deeper into sim racing. Built my first PC this winter and It's amazing. Still love console for normal controller games but this is the place to be as a sim racer. So many options and the ffb is better and you can pair any wheel pedal combinations, as well as any cheap shifters and e brakes. It's just the way. Keep your ps5 or whatever and work towards the pc. PC should be every sim racers endgame.
I would like to start real simple racing and I have no idea what simulator should I play . Guys , have any suggestions for simulators for group 3 & 4 racings? I heard acc is kinda good in that category and I’ve been playing gt7 , I’d like to try acc but which acc should I buy if I am a ps5 user?
I agree iRacing is expensive, but lets be real, iRacing offers by far the best online experience. LMU has huge potential, i really hope it survives. For me right now iRacing and LMU is the forefront of sim racing..
Fully agree... proper tutorials in game would be handy, trying to explain all this stuff to someone is hard work... Something like the practice sessions on F1, track acclimatisation, tyre wear etc, but a little more indepth... set ups could be a great mini game in-between races, or as a game play option...

I'm am a GT7 player on PS5 and I'm not enjoying it at the moment. Daily combo's are rubbish and the driving standards have gone to the dogs. I went serious into sim-racing in 2015 and got bored, mostly because I can't take any game-engine serious enough. AC is basically over 10 years old and still the most authentic, even it's not good enough for 2024. The tyre-models are flawed and there is not enough stuff properly simulated like the drive-train and fuel supply. Last week I was driving a Ford Transit Curier for real for example and this car had more personality than all sim-cars I know. Very twitchy on the throttle and brake with a steering-ratio like an F1-car. Nobody would believe if this car would be in a sim like it is for real because it was challenging to drive smoothly. Sim-Racing cars are made to be popular, not to be authentic and I can't take it serious anymore. The cars in sims are just too similar without character and way too easy to drive on the limit mostly or they add some artificial difficulty to it, that isn't convincing.

I think AMS2 needs to be mentioned, is holding pretty well at the moment with constant new updates!
It looks great too.. gives me gt7 vibes minus the cool presentation
