I've never seen a cookie recipe with eggs :D Even without being vegan I never really used them because here you can usually buy only 10+ and I always needed only one or two. I have a starch based egg replacement that I use for some things, but most recipes are fine with just leaving the eggs out. Muffins are also great if you just add a bit more baking powder instead of the eggs :)
Literally almost everything can be egg free dairy free... go vegan 🐷
Yup, or u can use egg alternatives for eggs, like the flax seed and water mix ( 1tbsp ground flax seeds w 2.5 tbsp water) but baking is a science so if a recipe says eggs, and u use this, it probably won’t work as well but it still works but if it’s not meant to be vegan it won’t be as good

140g (2/3 cup) non-dairy butter *
140g (2/3 cup) soft brown sugar
140g (2/3 cup) caster sugar
60ml (55g or 1/2 cup) unsweetened non-dairy milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
380g (2.5 cups) plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
250g (9oz) chocolate chips *
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C (350F).
Mix butter and both sugars together, then add the milk and vanilla.
Mix in the flour and baking powder to form the dough.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Roll tablespoons of the dough into golf-ball sized balls then flatten.
Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, each ball 2 inches apart (centre to centre).
Cook for 10-15 mins until edges are browned and tops look dry.
Remove and cool on a wire rack (if you can wait that is).
Eat!

I will add a tip : if you have time, put the balls in the fridge for a few hours before putting them into the oven, especially if the dough is warm and soft, it's a general tip when you bake cookies, they will be more soft and beautiful !

I have been using your recipe for the past 10 batches of cookies i made and they have been a hit! I did make some small modifications due to running out of butter and not realizing or even adding cocoa powder for a more decadent double chocolate cookie! I really do love how quick and simple your recipe video is and i do hope you make more! :)

Pro tip if you have time!!! Put them in the oven at 120°C for 40 minutes than at 180°C for 20 minutes, they come out crunchier ^^

Made these today with gluten free flour and some coconut flour as a substitute :-) they were delicious, thank you for such an easy recipe! They also didn't spread like giant cookie monsters which was great as I normally end up with a unicookie haha because of the lack of gluten!
