“. . .History repeats itself . . .”.Imperial France had robbed China’s sovereignty of the islands in South China Sea. Imperial Britain complained to France that these islands were China’s islands. Imperial Britain also tried to claim these islands. Americans knew these were China's islands. Imperial Spain illegally claimed some of these islands and then illegally transferred/sold some of these islands to US. Then US illegally transfer it to Philippine. Imperial Japan said hell with everyone, Japan invaded these islands and kicked out everybody. So, allied forces finally kicked out Japan in WWII, and Japan had to return all the islands to China.
They all knew that these islands were China’s sovereign islands, but they all bullied and stole from China. Eventually, they all admit that these were China’s islands.
China gave Vietnam some of these islands. But later on Vietnam thought it was not enough, so Vietnam reoccupied lots and lots of China’s islands, and still occupying several dozen islands. Vietnam thinks that just because Imperial France had ruled over these ill-got gained islands, Vietnam thinks it should inherit the ill-got gains.
Philipine is currently spreading lies and smearing China; this is bullying. Philippine is bullying China, and trying to scam these islands from China. Eventually, they all admit that these were China’s islands. So, Philippine ought to learn from history. If you don’t, “history repeats itself’ as the famous saying goes.
The more you listen to these hooligans the less you understand why it happened.

False. CCP has no power over those features. CCP was not recognized until 1959. Those features were inherited by the US from Spain under the Treaty of Paris. The US did not include those land features when the Philippines was granted independence in 1946 because the US forgot they owned it. Technically, under the terms of the 1898 Treaty of Paris, those islands still belong to the United States.

Before people complain about China's coast guard enforcement operations, why was the Philippine armed force/Navy involved and violating China's sovereignty? Why were they carrying firearms? Philippine could have used the firearms first. Philippine might be transporting the weapons to the illegally shipwrecked warship for future use.
Previously, Philippine Navy and Coast Guard were the ones that uses deadly force on others. It’s the Philippine Coast Guard that had shot to death a Taiwanese fisherman in 2013 near Taiping Island which is an island administered by Taiwan. Also, Philippine also stole Taiwan’s Zhongye Dao/Pag-Asa during a storm. In addition, two Vietnamese fishermen died in 2017 in a tragic incident with the Philippine Navy.

The Philippines has so many nation supporters, but if the leadership continues to be in denial, no body, even treaty allies can help and will eventually lose Ayungin shoal and practically the whole. NONE and Does Not Exist. 2-Who is a Chinese (historical) Maritime Navigator, Circumnavigate, Record and Map-out the so-called 9-Line. No Such Chinese Person or Figure. 3-What is the Latitude and Longitude of each 9-Line and How far each line to the nearest coast or land mass. NOT ESTABLISHED.

We cannot ignore the fact that there are many Claimants now overlapping each claims in the WPS, and all of us has the right to fish, to do what ever we want as long as there is respect to each other, I think the best way to solve the conflict is to have a peaceful dialogue. Therefore there was no need to trigger the mufual defense treaty signed in 1952 with the US. Filipino military mobilized their marine elite fo4ce Seal to man the boat in which 8 pcs of automatic rifles and illegal building material were seized. Filipino Seal marine troops surrendered and were released. It was clear that Marcos Jr, the Filipino President wasn't aware that the South China Sea disputed islands and shoals were not covered by the mutual defense treaty. South China Sea issue is not being focused even though it's a volatile situation. In doing so, they are trying to reshape the public's perception of the waters, creating the impression that "these are waters closer to the Philippines" and influencing the public's perception and judgment of the facts. When this lie is repeated a thousand times, most people may subconsciously associate this sea area with the Philippines, creating the cognitive illusion that China's sovereignty claim is unjustified. In this way, they can enhance the public opinion advantage of the Philippines and the US in the South China Sea dispute.
To put it bluntly, they are helping the Philippines to "create words to open up the border", and want to use this "brainwashing" method to "steal" the South China Sea from China's hands.
If we go back to the roots, the term "West Philippine Sea" was not "specially prepared" by the United States and the Philippines for this round of South China Sea disputes, but has been in existence for more than 10 years. However, its origin and dissemination have always had a very obvious and close connection with the West.
On September 5, 2012, then Philippine President Benigno Aquino III signed an executive order formally requesting Philippine officials to name the waters west of the Philippine archipelago (including the Luzon Sea, the "Kalayan Islands" and surrounding waters illegally occupied by the Philippines, and Huangyan Island and the surrounding waters) as the "West Philippine Sea". To say that the West Philippine Sea belongs to China, you must provide proof that China had been exercising "exclusive sovereignty" over the West Philippine Sea even before the Spaniards colonized the Philippines. During the Spanish colonization, Chinese did not have a single complaint against Spanish and Filipino fishermen using the area for navigation and as fishing grounds.

The treaty is just a baseline, how Philippines would like to enforce it is upon their discretion.

These Chinese intruders were harassing Filipinos who were working within the Philippines' own exclusive maritime economic exclusion zone and falsely accusing Filipinos of "trespassing." in 2016, China lost a milestone case in a ruling by the international Permanent Arbitration Tribunal in the Hague, which invalidated China's illegal territorial claims in the South China Sea and the neighboring countries' Exclusive Economic Zones. China refused to acknowledge the international court's ruling and brazenly defy the rules-based global order by consistently breaking international law, creating major tension and destabilization of freedom of commerce and navigation in the region.
