As someone who actually wears a "puffy butt thing" for my work (historical interpreter!) They're usually called lobster tails, butt cushions, or bustles (depending on the time period) Cinderella's particular "puffy butt thing" would likely have been a bustle, just based on where it sits on her body.

Tips for the dolls makeovers:
Try to sand before AND after the sculpey so is smooth.
Thin layers of paint are way better than thick layers!
For the hair I personally always take it off. U can do wigs or just glue to the doll itself!

For anyone working with doll customization, specifically anyone who needs the hair combed super well, flea combs made for pets work really well, maybe better than the combs that come with the dolls. Also you can dilute liquid fabric softener in water (like 10 to 20 parts water to 1 part fabric softener) in a sprayer to use as detangling spray for any plastic doll hair.
Pet combs also work well to make doll hair out of yarn for customs and wigs for your dolls/customs

To redraw doll faces just remember the 3 basis:
-100% acetone
-Mr. Super Clear spray
-watercolor pencils
Even if somebody uses acrilic Paint.

My favorite pony actually is Applejack to be honest, and tbh I loved that you paired her with Cinderella, Hardworking country girl always doing chores, being able to get a night off to look her best and have fun at a dance.
I used Sophie and Toffee recently because Jackie makes it seem so cool!! So pleased with my box I got the starter, took a while to come but we’re in the middle of a pandemic! I’m lucky I got it at all! 😂 such an amazing box the starter kit comes with all the stuff you will need if you subscribe to the monthly boxes it does come with a few mould and crafts such as making a small storage box and has AB resin to make it. Such good quality and so many useful tools included! I can’t wait to subscribe to the monthly boxes as they just look stunning!!!

If you want a soft start to face ups you can try out the kitten catfeé dolls, they’re just cats really and I personally really like repainting them.

When my Nan and Gramps got married it was in 1960 so her being 4 months pregnant was definitely frowned upon. It was my great grandfather that insisted she couldn't wear white as obviously she was no longer a virgin.

Hi Jackie! Pony ‘Applerella’ turned out so cute! A tip for styling the hair: you can use hot water to get the floof out and style it a different direction. You won’t risk melting the hair that way. Hope you do more :-)

A few years ago I used to be really into mlp and my favorite characters were Fluttershy and Discord aka the king of chaos
Just here to say that if you plan on using 100% acetone to remove a face, don't use it on hard plastic only on rubber just like dolls faces. on hard plastic you should use nail polish otherwise the plastic will melt.
Sanding the paint on plastic works much better.
Awww, Jackie......try gently brushing a real horse's mane......its nearly impossible, especially if he doesn't get groomed all the time.

I’m not so sure about how I feel about the back of her dress, I recommend to look online for picture references about how do skirts and dresses look on ponies
There's no tail hole in the series when it comes to dresses/skirts, I see why it bugs you

You r right, it’s just that I had a flashback of when I was a kid and had this my little pony toys and they had skirts, but the skirts just went around the waist and had the back part uncovered, and I think that she could still look for how winter gear looks in real life ponies, it’s like a dress-ish thing that they use to keep horses and ponies warmer when it’s chilly

I think she turned out really good! I prefer fabric clothes for dolls, but I love how you pay attention to details like the fullness and the creases. I think if you had a photo of real cloth or watch a bunch of videos about how cloth drapes, while you sculpt, you would be able to make those fabrics even more realistic!
