- I have bought and fitted a D'Moto GP Race Style End can and DB killer to my Nuda 900R.
The can comes with a link pipe designed to be fitted to a BMW F800GS so I had it altered to fit my Nuda.
Although the DB killer doesn't actually kill the sound very much, surprisingly, it has the effect of making the bike run a little smoother at slower speeds. This is possibly due to the extra back pressure caused by the DB killer.

Hey Derick, can you tell me what modifications needed to be made to the link pipe? Was it just cutting it or was there welding involved?

I had the BMW F800GS link pipe cut and welded at an exhaust specialist (www.jpexhausts.co.uk), which is near where I live. However I also gave them my original exhaust with the heal guard attached so they could replicate the angles and brackets exactly. The new exhaust is longer and light enough not to need the mounting stay which means I can have it at a steeper angle. The finished angle of the exhaust needs to be taken into account so the heal plate bracket can be correctly positioned.
