Hi, on Aspen Hysys there is a block/object named "Equilibirum Unit" in the model palette where you can verify binary equilibrium. This object return information in form of graph and table. Interesting to mention that it is an extension. You can use the search bar in the model palette to find it. :)

Hi, if you do not define your component properly, you can have issues during the process simulation running.

There is a specific tool to deal with polymers called "Aspen polymer". In any case, you can use hypothetical component if it fit your needs 😇
