I was born in 90(in Africa tho😂) and didn't come to the states until February of 02 and still then i was a soccer fan and didn't know anything about Basketball. What i am trying to say is Kobe is my 🐐 and will always be. I reside in japan now and when he passed it was morning here. I always wake up checking on Espn or world news and when i saw his passing i instantly lost my breath. I only believed it because i had about 10 family members in the states call me or text me about his passing. I literally cried for two weeks straight bro. I haven't cried like this since MJ( King of Pop) passed away.
Sorry for the long comment, this one just hurts alot.

    Kobe’s legacy is this.
You to can be great if you are willing to put in more work and work harder than everybody else. Sacrifice your personal life and focus on the work of being the best you can be.
Then team those up with the confidence and the will to go out and execute at a high level. And never give less than 100% effort.
Do those things and you will be great at whatever it is you do.

I grew so much respect for him as a father watching the way he talked about his girls and I wanted to be a dad like Kobe. The most skilled basketball player to ever play. My favorite Kobe moment was when Shaq fouled out against Indiana in the playoffs and young fro stepped up and brought the game home in the clutch, looking at the crowd saying "calm down, I got this"
