    My sister-in-law brought some Calamansi to serve with Pancit for Christmas lunch. Now I know where I can purchase them. 👍

      @@AveryRaassen we had a lovely lunch: Smoked prime rib with baked potatoes, Pancit, sticky rice, lots of sausage rolls (four different sausages), veggies and various salads and several desserts including your Orange and Polenta cakes (gluten-free) and some of Charlie’s recipes.

    I really like this citrus, in Viet Nam we called it "Tắc", and it's very popular for drink. Trà Tắc or Calamansi tea very common you can see it everywhere on street food. It's much more fragrant and sour than a regular lime.

      Of course I will follow up! BTW: Do you think Your recipe can be doubled of ingedients without any problem? @@AveryRaassen

    • @AveryRaassen
      @AveryRaassen  8 місяців тому +1

      As long as you are able to mange the double up, that shouldn't be a problem, as in cooking a large batch.
