How wonderful that the school invited this presentation. I think this should happen more often everywhere. You are showing that everyone matters by engaging questions. We are all different. Thanks for all you do. ❤

Great, another video! Nice way to brighten my midweek. In addition to your 2 Lady Stuff videos, your 3 Mexico ones, plus this one and the hard-to-handle yet very compelling and heavily informative “10 Things That Suck” video, it’s been a great month for Empowered Para followers. Thanks Brittney for being so consistent and creative! Your videos are highly addictive. Thank you, thank you!!

Just love the kids question, their questions are so innocent. So important to educate the next generations. Great job again Brit.

Love your videos and the insight they give into living with a spinal cord injury. A childhood friend of mine ended up in a wheel chair in her 20s after a car accident and she's mentioned that she had to figure out many things on her own. I think it's really important for everybody's well being to maintain their autonomy and independence as much as possible no matter what happens.
I find that the metronidazol treatment for rosacea works really well. It's just a topical cream. From my own experience- you can try for years with diets and various beauty products but nothing will work as well as actual treatment. You're not eating wrong, you have a skin condition.

It’s damned hard to fathom you’re old enough to have kids that age. I rarely get to watch too many vid in a row, but my big truck (I drive a multi trailer combination for a living) is in the workshop for an “A” service, hence commenting on 2 of your videos today……and actually being able truly absorb the audio….usually I listen (ONLY) whilst driving.
For example, you might have mentioned that you’re a teacher before, but if you did, it didn’t register with me.
I’m glad for those kids because exposure to YOU would help minimise the awkwardness that idjuts like me feel around parasite and quads …..simple for reasons I’ve previously commented to you in another video.

I am 30 years old in the cart, TH4-TH6. I noticed that the vegetables very badly work on the intestines. It is not best not to eat and eat meat and vegetables (not bloating, light) plus some fruit. Then it's perfect. Differently, he is still diagnosing. And not pour the intestines with fluids, it also works very badly on us.

So I watch a few random wheels vids most days. I'd saved a vid that popped up w/ a girl talking about raising kids from a wheelchair...I thought, "damn...that's a tough lady. impressive." Then I realized... it's like an early days pre-Empowered Para video! 😮😂 guess it's an interview you did lol. Internet fAme 😎

Brittany - Here is advice that I received from my dermatologist (in the US). Stay away from oil based products on your face - this clogs your pores. He recommends Cerave or Cetaphil moisturizing lotion (not cream). Also it is good to use facial cleanser (cerave or cetaphil) not soap which can be too drying. My doctor said diet doesn’t really have much effect on rosacea so don’t drive yourself nuts. Also a water based foundation such as Estée Lauder, Lancôme, or Sheseido covers the redness but doesn’t block the pores. I lived through pretty severe rosacea for many years before I got this advice. I was also prescribed antibiotics but that is no longer recommended but it did help calm down my skin in the beginning. Now at 70 years old I rarely get a flare so I hope I can save you the difficulty I had trying to figure it out! Best wishes! You are so inspiring to me!!

Have you looked into possible being histamine intolerant? Maybe to test get a histamine blocker prior to eating high histamine foods and see what happens 🤍I recently thought I was histamine intolerant and did all the experiments and research but sadly, I have hypothyroidism :( (got blood work done)

Brittney, I’d like to ask a question. My wife was out with high-school friends recently and she always seems surprised that former classmates (from decades ago) recognize her so easily. She walks with what some would call a limp, even though I just think of it as her cute walk. So I guess she too is wonderfully conspicuous, but she doesn’t think of it that way. So I was wondering how long it took you to come to terms with being wonderfully conspicuous, and able to use it to your advantage. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hey Brittany. Have you ever tried Castile Soap? It's really excellent. It rinses off completely and has no scent unless you want it.
I also use it to wash my hair. Sounds weird but it works as good as a commercial shampoo.
    Thanks for the inspiration ❤❤❤

Yes, I highly recommend the carnivore diet.
Please watch Dr. Ken Berrys YT videos about the carnivore diet. And make sure to read the comments under his videos.
People are saying that they have reversed Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, skin conditions, IBS, RA, metal conditions, and the list goes on.
All from eating what Dr. Berry calls "The proper human diet" .
