This really works wonders - thank u Barbara- u are God sent I normally suffer for one to two weeks for coughs and colds But now it’s gone in a day or two Just having garlic and the wonderful onion honey cough syrup Thank u 🙏
Honey is not recommended for babies under 12 months some times 18 mo for digestion. I'm sure the paste can be applied on the bottom of the feat for alternative absorption
@@maycruz6161 NO!! use maple syrup instead or some say glycerine. I would rather do the onion poultice under the feet. She has a video on that as well.
I have made a cough syrup using a drop or 2 of eucalyptus oil, tablespoon of honey and lemon juice to make a runny mixture for many years now. My family loves it. It is yummie. Dip the tip of a tsp into the syrup and take after each bout of coughs. We increase our water intake as well and eat raw garlic on toast 3 times a day, avoiding mucous producing foods as soon as flu/cold symptoms appear. The lectures of Barbara are very helpful so I’m learning about more one can do! Hope this helps!
Someone stored for 10 yrs not necessarily a proven duration. Unless sampling and testing is conducted. It could well be already zero efficacy. She can keep for another 30 yrs and still incorrect.
Been making this for over 15 yrs.😊
Is there a place we can download a PDF/Word doc with all her recipes in one place?

Hi there, when u say Garlic, do u mean garlic and honey together or something else plz?
I didn't strain the onions out. It's been in refrigerator for about 3 months. It's it still good?
Does this work with clearing or thin out the mucus to prevent post nasal drip?
Should we let the onion be there after a day or discard the onion and use the remainings?
Strain it
So am i supposed to keep this in the refrigerator?
Use your own logical thinking. She can't help with stupidity

Botulism poisoning is what happens in babies if they are given any honey . I would NOT give it to any infant
Shouldn't use metal with honey
What can be used in the place of onions.
I just started my homeopathic journey but you should look into fermented garlic which is smooshed garlic in raw unfiltered honey

Can someone clarify how much honey that was ? Teaspoons or tablespoons?
Tablespoon
@@christienvanzyl9535 thank you!
Also is it white onion or red ?
She used white
It sure looks white to me
She uses white here and red in another video I don't think it matters
I'm using yellow. I don't think it matters, as long as it's an organic one.
When she says Raw honey does she mean Manuka honey?
Runny honey is not Manuka honey
Can it be Manuka honey
I do that because Manuka is even more healing than regular honey.

You're not supposed to put metal spoon in honey
It's been proven to be a hoax this metal spoon n honey thing😊
Yeah just nutty. Nothing wrong with a metal spoon in honey. Been doing it for at least 50 years.
Not aluminum
Why?
We what's wrong with a metal spoon?
