First one reminds me of the time I tried to throw an interview the DWP forced me to attend back in 2010.
In my defence It was a shitty outbound telesales job for a debt collectors. I had no experience, but I'd been signing on for six months so they were getting real tetchy.
But try as I might to not get the job I got the fucking job.... sod's law. I've had great interviews for relevant, actual graduate level jobs and been fucked off, and yet one of my worst yet ended with me getting it.
I resigned after a week though. I made precisely zero sales while the wanker next to me was kerchinging every five seconds and jumping out of his seat to celebrate.
