This is a fantastic & most realistic way for people who have thin hair & just want curls. I've been struuuuggling with frizz. Drives me crazy. Your method is easy & your results are spectacular. Your grapeseed gel works perfectly. Thank you for this. ❤
Omg I am so glad I found your video. I’ve been CG forever and finding a video on fine curls is so refreshing. Everyone else I’ve followed only shows the use of tons of product which just weighs my fine, low porosity hair down. I subscribed just off of this one video. I can’t wait to see what else you have! :)
Good grief! Your day 2/3 look better than my wash day! Am binge watching your videos. You were UA-cam suggested. Subscribed tonight. Thank you for the amazing information. 💖 My refresh routine always involves water. Sometimes just plain, other times I have LUS Love Your Curls all in one Wavy diluted in a spray bottle, a light application of gel and then air dry. I do try to move my head and flip from side to side, usually while letting the dogs out (unless it’s below freezing). Then I put the car defroster on really warm, about 80 degrees, so that it dries on the way to work. Once I get to work I release the cast by scrunching and finger fluffing. I, too, have fine hair and mine is thin, 3b for the most part, which is why I use LUS for wavy.
Hi Luisa, I really appreciate this video, because I have been using watery flax seed gel on my hair from a spray bottle, it works for me 🤗. I have been on my hair journey for many years, from virgin hair, to chemical straightening. I had so much hair growing up, but I didn't know how to style without a straightening comb and dry hot curlers. I was tired of frizzy hair and I need to wash and go, at least that's what I thought. I heard negative information about chemical straightening, but my stylist made the choice to chemically straighten my virgin locks. I made sure that she was the only one to do my hair for at least six years every two weeks. She was a great stylist but she didn't really maintain my hair to keep it healthy and growing, so I decided to stop going to get my hair done altogether. I didn't know how could fix chemically treated hair. It took 6 months before I started to lose my hair. I didn't know the effects of chlorinated water with chemically treated hair and I didn't know what products to use to repair the process. It has taken more than 15 years and a lot of money to manage my hair back to health, thank God for DIY's, UA-cam and prayer. I am now a senior citizen 😁 but I believe I have more natural products to regrow my chemically dyed hair, that I do myself, using a spray bottle mixed with watery flax seed gel to soften, style and manage my course curls. I do use essential oils and I am gradually adding more light weight leave in treatments according to my haircare needs. Hopefully I will see some improvement by next year.
Hola 👋🏾! I refresh my hair similar with a few tweaks since I have type 4 hair. I also damp my hair and add leave in, I’m loving the ‘kinky curly knot today’ it’s a leave in and a detangler in one. I only brush areas where my curls got frizzy if not I leave it alone. I add cantu ‘curl revitalizer’ and then light hand of flaxseed gel.
How long does your hair last? I have the same hair type as you and I wish I could make my hair last more than 2 days but it usually falls flat! 😭 I also love your hair sm. If I get the guts to, I’m using you as a reference/inspo for the hairdresser!! 💕
Hello DDRandDSLover ! My hair usually last one day. I have to wet and re-style everyday if I want my curls to pop. What I call a day 2 is when I don’t use any shampoo, Co-wash, cleanser, conditioner, mask... under the shower. I just wet and style. Usually on day 3 I have to wash off because of products buildup. Feel free to check out my Instagram for photo reference 😉
@@LuisaLouis so glad you said this. My hair is so fine I cannot imagine more than a few days while continuing to apply more products. My hair would look like a greasy matted mess.
Denise Shannon I know exactly what you are talking about! That’s why in this video I emphasized on using products that are light weight so that you can get more days without washing. 😊
I love this my fine curly hair is so difficult to maintain sometimes but I’ve been trying a diy refresh spray for a month and it’s helping! I fill my 360 mist spray bottle with distilled water 3/4 full then a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar 5 drops or so of both tea tree and peppermint oil. I do the same thing you do with gel to help keep the curls defined. I actually carry a little spray bottle in my purse I labeled all of the things it’s just gel, distilled water, a touch of leave in conditioner, peppermint oil and tea tree oil. Without all of the funds I have been trying more diy products lately. Thank you for all of your great ideas ♥️🙌🏼
Its so refreshing to find Someone with the same type of hair, that understands and knows how to treat it!!
Zen Zone it’s so refresh-ing???
I’m sorry I’ll leave

Haha! The car heater trick! I do that too sometimes! Love it!
Thanks a lot for sharing your routine 😉and welcome!!!😀
Luisa Louis you’re always welcome. I’m too freaked about sharing my stuff on Facebook and UA-cam, so I share what knowledge I have to comments% 🤷♀️
Wow, great volume, i prefer this than finger coiling on you, your hair looks thicker❤️

Beautiful hair!! You look Venezuelan 😊
