Just to let you all know the 4-step routine is simple yet powerful, as some of you may know it took about 9-10 months for my hair to get back to past waist length and I did very short simple routines like this at night and my hair grew fast. I don’t like putting unnecessary stuff in videos just to make them appear “different” simple, straightforward routines are what I thrive from.
Great video. You know what my skin care is? Peels from fruits and or veggies. I wash my face and apply whatever I peeled that morning or afternoon. Or I save it in the freezer sometimes. Mangoes bananas whatever. If Dr's can do a chemical peel that leaves a burning sensation, I can do a fruit peel that leaves a glowing sensation. 😊
Natural beauty will always be first place. I love natural hair, natural nails. It's so beautiful to me. I stopped with dying my hair(too damaging), I paused painting my nails colors. The pink, creamy white, beige and brown tones in my nails are just as beautiful as any paint job. I'm a clear coat and go. Excessive paints, makeup, hair colors covers every woman's God given individual beauty.
Hey, love your videos and your holistic approach to health, nutrition and skincare (basically everything) it truly aligns with me. I was wondering do you already have a video up showing your all natural smell good perfume brands/products etc. I heard you mentioned this in one of your other videos 😊
Hello! Ugh! Was looking at the oil amd see its sold out. Which one of these products works on thicking and growing the hair? Should i wait for this one to stock or do you recommend another? I need something to work lol
Absoutely, the difference is the Gaia Dreams Oil is lighter, and specifically for the scalp meaning its not a sealing oil. The growth oil is heavier oil, and does seal the hair.

Hi! My growth (Nourished Stimulating hair & scalp oil) is in stock and it’s the main oil I use for my hair beside the Gaia Dreams Oil
@ShawntasWay and that work the 4 step as well. I'm really looking to get my hair back. Got it trimmed up yesterday so time to start fresh

@ShawntasWay awesome! How often would you recommend using this oil? Sorry for all the questions. 🤭
@@kimberly2869 either daily or weekly ❤
