Man I miss this era of games. I've just been going through my backlog the last few years mostly because gaming has been so mediocre these days. Feels like there was just more passion in older games. I'm playing through the saboteur rn it's a pretty cool game.
I for sure think there was more creativity in gaming at least. Seems like they were throwing any idea at the wall and seeing if it worked. Nowadays a lot of aaas are very cookie cutter. You got your open world games, you got your battlepass shooters, etc
@@Warrandpeace indeed it was really fun and I was so excited for that sequel when it was initially announced back in the day but unfortnately we never got that sequel nope instead of getting prey 2 we got a reboot instead which wasn't a bad reboot just felt like a major miss opportunity in my opinion.
@@TevyaSmolka yeah i liked the new prey but its a very different game. More like stealthy and deus ex rpg typa thing. Have you seen the prey 2 gameplay! i just saw it for the first time the other day and it actually looked really good!

i loved prey 2006 its such a great game

I think I heard someone got access to a mostly finished version of prey 2. The game was basically ready to go before it got canned.@@Warrandpeace
