No the best Legendary to get is Dreamer! Nothing in the game is better than shooting people in the face with a unicorn.

Just finished Ad Infinitum last week. I'm a bit of a socially anxious gamer, so I was waiting on doing the final challenge motes with my friends. Took over a year from when I started because of needing us to break into tier 4, but we've managed to do it! Now I just need to help the rest of them finish the earlier collections so we can all match.
I’m the same way but none of my friends play gw2 trying to get them into it so I can actually start doing this I wish it was soloable

@@SullyJNP LFG is your friend. Honestly, people are really nice, so just make a lfg with "lvl xx with challenge mode for legendary, all welcome" and you will have a full party in 5 min max

guys you can be as socially anxious all you want but look at the time youve wasted. it doesnt take much to lfg for cms - you cant even heal so a full dps gang is kind of fine. or, honestly, there are ppl LFGing every day for ad infinitum in all the tiers

Meanwhile I'm drowning in ascended backpieces because that's basically what every achievement rewards lol
Right now my problem is the glut of ascended amulets I now have after somehow obtaining a lot of them and having gotten the prismatic champions regalia.
I just use the ascd. salvage kit to salvage them. Don't get much useful but at least it gets rid of them
Can't you play pvp on the Zero to Hero? Should also be good value?

Honestly I long for having Legendary equipment, especially armor. So I can just swap whenever just to try new things all the time. Shame my main class (Reaper/Necro) is cloth because I actually don't like the other cloth classes that much. Oh well better get good at Mesmer and Elementalist.
Trinkets have more impact and are easier to get than armor. One of them is almost done by the time you're finished with Skyscale: Prismatic Regalia.

Since you brought it up, I've been running the SC healbrand in fractals lately and I'm not sure about it. It does the spam all the mantra charges thing and doesn't use heal-quickness, so wondering what you consider better (easier? more sensible for quickness?) between that and the Hardstuck variant?
When i first started playing this game in 2012ish don't quite remember but you could buy level 80 rare armor for 19 to 25 silver and salvage it for ectos.... than salvage the ectos for luck and crystaline dust and the dust sold for 25 to 30 silver......
I maxed out my luck and made over 25k gold. With less than 300 hours played. Spent days doing this over and over.
Whenever I need a new backpack I run my toons through bitterfrost and I’m good to go😅

The pages are a real pain, literally the only thing holding me back from getting ad infinitum
Agreed- didnt think I would need nearly as many- caused me to farm recs for quite a bit more time than I expected. All in all, I learned a lot and had a great time in Fracs, so I cant complain too much. Also- rocking T3 and down REALLY was mindless much of the time after rocking T4 for so long prior to.

I find the page AND the fractal currency tedious as hell.
Yeah you get them over time but my lord... At least it's not as tedious as grinding WvW for gifts of war.

You don't do the Mai Trin Fractal to use your ball of dark energy. Just enter the fractal, turn around and follow the path
mace/pistol condi mech is so much more fun than power mech
I actively choose not to get it because of having to spend what about 2,000 gold on it? Not worth the gold imo. I have tons of ascended from end game content.

Its a qol thing, it was worth It before the armory, nowadays endless characters could get how many specs you want in a min, fully customizable and free of transmu charges is amazing.. what else would you do with the gold? Stock It into millions? Its also a "thing to do" when you are in an unenthusiastic period
@@fernaxv but you’d need what like 20-40k gold if you wanted a full set of legendary, armor(multiple sets), trinkets, etc. That’s hella gold that I don’t have the time to grind for and rather not swipe my card on. I’m happy with the gold I have in game, I make my gold from fractals, raids, strikes..but it still doesn’t give enough gold for full legendary costs. Not worth it for me. Most people swipe their card to make up the gold cost for leggies.
@@MoGaiinz Your first legendary armor set only costs close to 1k gold even if you dont farm the matrices in fractals. The 2nd and 3rd would also hover around that price.
@@Soul_Wizard_Of_Lemuria You can turn those leggy trinket effects off. There's a checkbox next to the trinket to turn it off.

I got the legendary back just so I didn't have to deal with getting ascended anymore.
Exact reason I went for Aurora, Vision, and Dragon Champion’s Regalia. Glam was the main drive for my Ad Infinitum journey, but breaking down 15 asc backpacks was therapeutic, too!
