This is my 3rd time getting covid and my first time getting the variant version of it. First two times it sucked but the symptoms only lasted 3 days. This variant is something else. I got it 3 weeks ago and I still feel like crap. I just want it to stop already

You know why a wave is called a wave right?
The more contagious a virus is, the faster the numbers will rise, and assuming post infection immunity, the faster it should fall. BA.5 is more infectious than measles (the most contagious virus we knew of prior).

I've got long COVID. It's really difficult to live with. The extreme fatigue. The amplification of my pre existing chronic pain and fibro. I was in four car accidents in my 20's. Debilitating. Eight months later and having breathing issus. Praying for a breakthrough treatment/cure. There are millions just like me. Going for heart tests because of heart arrhythmia. Never had heart issues before. I'm 52 and feel like I'm 80. I'm praying for relief. I want to go back to school. Not to the doctors.

I just had a baby not long ago & my whole family got it. We hardly leave the house, so we have no idea how we got it. The small amount of people we were around tested negative. This really sucks. For us it lasted it’s worst for a couple days, I’m on day 3 & just feel out of it. Almost like I’m here, but I’m not. Not fun at all.
