  • Thomas explains the three pillars of inner work as practiced here: spiritual practice, integration work, ethical upgrades.
Practice leads to transcendence and state consciousness, integration work leads to the embodiment of states, receiving ethical upgrades means me living a life that is ethically more and more aligned with the divine law. If one of these elements is missing from the development path, imbalances can occur. I can have very high state experiences and still have trauma and shadow felds in myself. They might not be touched by that because that's not the practice.
The integration work, that's the way down into the body, and through the body into the ancestry, and through the ancestry into the planet. And then I feel, wow, I am part of the planet. The planet is intimately like a spectrum of experiences that is part of my consciousness.

This is SO profound. The fact it popped up in my feed 2 yrs after posting, with a message specifically speaking to my now experience is divine in action!

Wow this is very interesting, cause yes, I feel I can connect with the divine at times and feel true bliss and awe but that there is still the trauma in the body and that can be confusing for the mind to grasp. How can I have both? And what to do? Fascinating work. Beautiful. And somehow you explain it in a way at least a part of me understands. Thank you✨

You got to embody your disassociated trauma to integrate it.

Can anyone share their practices? Mine today is prayer and meditation suggested by a 12 step program. Anyone else can relate to this?

Heart centered meditation helps ..mind meditation can keep us stuck in mind issues , trauma is one of them.
Heart centered gives signals to brain .
Instead of mind giving signals to heart

You have to at least watch "The Nature of Things" episode on Placebos. A real eye opener that seems to indicate almost all sickness can be managed by a healthy balanced mind & will.
In following related themes I've read several articles that lean towards the same idea about the core of most of our sickness beginning spiritually, thru trauma or stress.

So yes, there's definitely a chance.
It may involve a concurrent, parallel path of spiritual healing.
      As is mind, is body.
      As is body, is mind.
