Yes, the procedure is the same. If the paper jamming is when the sheet enters the fuser, the problem is with it. But if the paper jamming is after the sheet picking up, the problem may be caused by a pickup roller, separation roller/pad, solenoid...
How does a bad fuser manifest itself? I have a M2875 and it traces 4 thin lines onto the paper. They are horizontal (paralell to the short side of the page). They are always the same distance one from another, but they wander around on th page from print to print. (Also could it be the toner is counterfeit and the printer recognises this? It (the toner) was bought by a smartass in the office, for cheap.
Hello friend! I am pretty sure that the problem with the four horizontal lines is caused by the drum cartridge. Please replace the drum cartridge with a new one and keep me in touch if the problem is solved. Good luck 🤞
@@TonerRefillVideos I carefully inspected the green cylinder and indeed found a line on it, almost unnoticeable. It runs almost on the entire lenght of the drum. Not up to the ends, it stops on both parts aprox. at where those two plastic tabs are. How many times does the drum rotate to print a sheet of A4 paper? Is it 4 times? That could explain the 4 lines in the print.
Look at the duplexing unit (it can be removed by pulling out from the rear side). If there is a piece of paper or something like that just remove it and put back the unit in the device. If there is no any object in the unit try with cleaning the rubber rollers on the duplex. And finally if that doesn't work you have to replace the duplexing unit with new one (the rubber rollers don't work properly). Good luck!
Thank you very much, this helped a lot!!!! (Just the fifth screw of the fuser unit - the side one - wasn't necessary to remove with my M2875)
hello ,thanks for the video..I wanna replase the fuser on samsung m2825nd.. do you know how can i reset the counter of the fuser?
Die Schraube am Zahnrad muss nicht entfernt werden.4 Schrauben für die Fusingunit reichen.
hello, does this fuse change solve the paper jam problem? and another question, is it the same procedure in an m2875fw and an m22885fw? thank you

Do you know where the Battery is located which powers the memory for the date and time? Or is there even one?
Hello friend! Unfortunately I don't have such a device now to take a look at it and find if it has a battery and where it is..
can you tell me if you faund the battery?

@@TonerRefillVideos Which part exactly is the drum cartridge?
@MezeiEugen the part with the green cylinder with a plastic gear wheel on one side.
If you yave a spare toner cartridge you can try with it just to be sure the problem is not caused by the toner.

How to repair the duplex printing? Paper stuck while duplex printing.

What is the thermal fuse part number?
What do you mean as thermal fuse - the upper fuser roller (UFR) or another part of the fuser?
