3 cycle for the triangle pieces on the sides: RL'R'L×3 T' RL'R'L×3 T2 RL'R'L×3 T RL'R'Lx3. That will easily make short work of the puzzle.

A sledgehammer switches two groups of triangles and 3 edges. Therefore 3 sledgehammers keeps the edges in their initial state and switches only the two triangle groups. This is just like a 3x3x3 in concept...
