    Hey Jonny, great videos. Ik it's not your typical video style, but I think it might be interesting to do a video on your ACL recovery. I tore mine last August and am about 5 months post op. I just had my first major setback, and I think it would be cool to hear about how your recovery went and what you learned through your experience. Keep up the great work

    What were the specific plyos that you did? I know everyone has like a different set and order for them as well as some different exercises. Kind of interested in seeing what you do compared to what I have seen in the past.

    How much rest do you take between sets and reps?

      Hey Victor! Thanks for your question. Generally, a super light jog back to the line is a good amount of rest for these. That being said, if you're feeling winded, take more time, especially on the hollow sprints and flying 10s. Most of this workout is focused on getting you to your top speed within the amount of distance allotted, rather than focusing on cardio. Hope this helps!
