Dear . . . . Your advice is asking them to come back INDIA. They never come back to India. They are availing several work benifits, & enjoying them happily. U.K. Govt work timings perfect exactly from 10 to 5 p.m. & 2 days holidays Saturday & Sunday. They don't want to be INDIANS. They apply for U.K. citizenship & want to die there itself. That's INDIAN ROUGES.
