Never thought whales lived for 200 years but a shark has it beat at 392. Also how is that jellyfish immortal ?

everytime the cells start to get too old to regenerate, basically it resets its body back to juvenile age. So it can infinitely regrow its cells

The jellyfish is not absolutely immortal, it can still die, but basically whenever it's too "old", it will factory reset and become a baby again.
The best way to explain this is how Phoenix regenerate. They grow old, and suddenly burn and emerge from their ashes as a baby again, that's kinda how that jellyfish works.
