sorry to see you sad. honestly looks still healthy in the back and overall looks hydrated and shiny. for the front, you can cut bangs and grow it out. K18 is very helpful too.
It’s okay! Keep washing and deep conditioning regularly. I would do low tension protective styles. Some of the curls will comeback just give it time. I think it’s the anti humidity spray (wow) that’s coating your hair, keeping moisture out.
You can't fix heat damage, but thats alright. Do easy curly styles like 2 strand twist and twist-outs. Your hair will look curly because of the styles, let it grow and then steadily trim. You will get through it

Thank you. I'll look into K18 as well as other bonding treatments.

I forgot that I even used that product lol. Stay consistent on my hair routine will help a lot.

Im glad you found a solution that works for you. Honestly restarts arent bad. @Saralmiles
Baby your hair. I had some pieces that didn't want to revert, so i used a protein treatment and most came back and i cut the remaining damage off
I'm def going to baby my hair from now on and stay consistent on my routine (with protien treatments). Thank you!
