It is well outside of the touristy places, which is interesting considering how close it is to Madrid and Barcelona. It doesn't have the glamor I suppose, but I absolutely loved it!
My parents and older siblings lived in Zaragoza for 3 yrs in the late 50s when my dad was in the USAF. Two siblings were born there! I now regret not taking my mom there when we visited Spain in 1990; she's now too old and frail to travel.
I’ve traveled a lot in Spain and Zaragoza was the only place where I had a bad experience. I went by myself out to lunch, the food was terrible and the waiter charged me for 2 lunches instead of one. All in all no big deal-Spain is a wonderful country and great for solo female travel.
ZARAGOZA ES LA CIUDAD MAS ABURRIDA..TRISTE Y "GRIS" DE ESPAÑA. NO OFRECE CASI NADA. SÓLO COMIDA Y UN TEMPLO RELIGIOSO MUY GRANDE. NO ME GUSTA ZARAGOZA. 👎👎👎👎
