Cool tut by a real puppet master. Gives new meaning to “photo manipulation”. No strings attached, but we can see his lips move! 😂 Must have a really warped sense of humor.
IDK in the newer versions of PS if puppet warp is better, but in my version any area puppet warped gets noticeably softer. I usually have to add a little smart sharpening after to get the puppet warped area back to original sharpness.
Hey there! We would need to see the PSD file to understand better what you're referring to. If you want to, send us an screenshot of your PSD file and layers to support and we'll do our best to guide you!
Nothing is absolute not even tools. Many graphic designers can create the same quality using a mouse vs. a Wacom tablet. The only difference is control. The mouse you have a steady cursor witch is easy to keep track. With a Wacom tablet, you have to have a certain amount of memory and depth perception. Once you lift the pen off the pad you have to estimate where you want the cursor to be as it pertains on the monitor by touching a point on the tablet.
I am assuming you mean views. If so... You can blame that on band wagoning. Others doing the same thing starting tutorial Channels. People also only want to learn what they want. If they can't find the tutorial on one channel chances are they can go to on another channel and find what they need. it's to the point where you really can't have a successful tutorial channel unless you have a network of tutorial creators.
What good is learning without work? Why give out the already done work and expect people to learn? I would have just left it as a tutorial and noted: "If you need to learn how to use the pen tool to select the legs" view the tutorial on how to use pen tool linked in the description.
I never even knew there was a tool like that in Photoshop. That's pretty cool.
it's also present in illustrator
me too haha
it's very recent, adobe is slowly developing photographic animations
The greatest editor of all times.. PHLEARN God bless you!! You're awesome
Really nice!!! 👏👏👏
Thank you man. Amazing tutorials 👍
Every lesson so far has the subject on a separate layer. How do you use the puppet tool from a the subject that is within the photo?
always good thanks
I think instead of liquify, you can rotate the point with the scroll wheel on your mouse. It will rotate at the center of your puppet tool pin.
This puppet tool is mind blowing, this is exactly what I've been needing to do to a picture and I had no idea it was even possible

Going to try this!

4:32 he forgets what a shoulder is 😂
Great tutorial though seriously
lol!
Yeah, fun. I’ve not used puppet warp for years. Used to use it to wrap photoshop made patterned stroke rope around objects quickly and easily.
Can u show how to use puppet wrap in ps2020
Super. Thank you.
as soon as i start the first point with the pen tool, a new shape layer is created. Any idea why this is happening?
Anyone know what kind've tablet he has?
a life saverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....
What happens if the item is selected all the time? How can we undo that to see our shape?

I have tried to use my Wacom. Always go back to the mouse. I’m going to cut the mouse cord and force myself to use the pad.

The trick to using a Wacom/pencil successfully is knowing the keyboard shortcuts.
Wow Its Really Great
So cool!!
Sir thank you for this one
can you use this on a normal cut out not using the pen tool?
yep sure.
What's the name of that pad you are using? give us the link to buy it. I think it makes editing much easier.
Wow! Super Cool! I never used the pen tool to make selections! :OOOOOO
2mil incoming ! #phlearnfamstrong
Can anyone send me download for the PSD? i dont wanna create the account for it
Daring man; daring ideas.
Good and Awsome
oh I never really know how to use that one
wow love you boss
This could be fun!
cool
I love that tutorial. In advance, I would say that liquify sould be a tool, like the smugde tool. Would be much better...
i find the liquify tool to be a bit hazardous. i always end up with distorted objects
is plhearn.... phun?

Trying too hard to hit the 10 minute mark
I remember when you sat around 100k

@@dantevega2115 no I mean 100k subs, I was one of them from years ago.
I did not understand anything
Man, why you shorten the intro?
I'd probably turn my selection into a Smart Object, so you can edit your warp later as well
What is this guy's obsession with the pen tool? He can select the leg in a second with the quick selection tool.

It look unreal and the editing is bad.
