I had an assessment yesterday and left with sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medicine, though I'm pretty sure it's a lot more than that. I relate to all 9 of those I just mask constantly due to always being picked on in the past..

Unfortunately, we don’t know yet what is most helpful. For some medication seems to help, other benefit from Psychotherapy and psycoeducation. There are several ongoing research projects concerning the issue so hopefully we will soon know more.
My younger brother was diagnosed after ge failed 9th grade..and looking back, it was clear that he had something going on well before that. Right now I have a 12 year old daughter who keeps telling me that she sees a ghost. I don’t know if she has a issue with a sense of self? How would like that question asked?
Because you feel controlled by the outside. You are just a product or a slave of what they made you. You probably have only bad relations and are doped up with poison. Both leads to tremendous self-disorder. "Schizophrenia" doesn't exist, it's academic nonsense. Psychiatry is not science - it's a cult. You are now programmed, and maybe forced, to believe in it, but you can choose not to.

It’s an impossible part of the illness to fix. Medicines certainly don’t touch it. Other hollistic things targeting mitochondrial function do touch it but it’s temporary. Science must develop meaningful and effective tx’s and medications targeting this.

The symptoms of the disorder described at the video and depersonalization disorder are basically the same, but still it is something different. Since I discovered these diseases, I have not been able to understand how they different.

Drugs, stress, abuses, poor environments, bad influences, alcohol use, can all culminate overtime sometimes into life ruining disorders like Schizotypal or schizophrenia

That's what I thought until today, because I read a while ago about this damn "self-disorder" and actually a lot of the symptoms overlap with mine. I am so afraid that I will get schizophrenia.... The worst thing is that all this is so rare that there is no support group related to it....

Medication does not help at all with this feeling.
