This is a great video .. I’ve only done this trick once and it was on a manny pad that was 10 inches high and 16 ft long .. and I agree with keeping your shoulders as parallel as you can with your nose and tail.. also putting your flicking foot underneath the bolts . Basically almost on top of them. And your foot more inwards on the board .. and the weight on the front foot.. this is the best kickflip manual video.. I Subscribed to your channel because of it
In my opinion, your videos are the best trick tips available. The way you explain the process is so clear. The phrase you used in one video (I forget which one now) 'relaxed strength' totally changed the game for me. Thanks for putting this content out. You're a legend. AjC
Hey bro I just got done w the ripndip review video but I just subbed ur content rly high quality and I just started skating (still learning how to ride good)
well im going to make tons of videos on skateboarding so welcome to the sport I have been doing it since I was 8 so I gotta warn you most people that get into skateboarding never stop its just too much fun!
@@coyoterobshreds yea I can tell and since I posted that comment now I can ride and can hop off curbs (just putting weight on the tail lifting the front wheels up) and I can kick turn (still trying to 180 kick turn don’t have the balence yet)
Nice! I'm starting to get my kickflips really down, and your tips are really helpful for most of the tricks you made a tutorial on. Bs 360 or gap skating next?
This video was sick! So well done, If you ever do a nollie laser flip tutorial can you please please please explain to me how to jump back correctly to land on this trick, been battling this one for awhile now , I keep getting closer and closer but still don’t have it down
I just got those on lock! I realized that you need to approach the 50-50 with your feet positioned like if you were going to do a kickflip, that way you land with your front foot around or ideally behind the bolts so you can grind, then pop hard, flick, and land the kickflip out. cheers!
Been kickflipping into back truck grinds for years but I cannot get kickflip nose manual. My back foot levels out the kickflip every time smh. No matter how much I lean forward, I land with all four wheels.
if you’re still trying this trick, the most important advice is to always land with your front foot on top of the nose no matter white. If your front foot doesn’t land on top of the nose you’re wasting your time. But what got me to finally land kf nose manuals was boning out the kickflip excessively every try. The more boned out the flip is, the easier it is to land into AND hold the nose manual 👍🏼
I'm a total beginner, so take this with a grain of salt... however when it comes to 'getting into nose manual', isn't it more so a matter of keeping your backfoot up high and not even trying to land with the back foot? I don't think leaning into the front foot will make the board get into a nose manual, even when it will obviously be the first foot to make the board touch the ground.
well if your trying anything into nose manual you should have good leveled out Ollies then after popping if you lean forward the front should hit first!
That landing on the eggshell analogy sounds like a total enlightenment.
This tricks pretty satisfying to do

Truth. I’ve been skating forever, and can be completely leaned over my nose, but unless my back foot stays up, it won’t land in nose manny.
First cmt
Do transition
ok
