Love this song, the “you’re on this, I’m on that” scheme reminds me of that great line (from Dorks if I recall correctly) on the Impossible Kid “Party over here, I’ll be over there.”

Absolutely. That’s also brilliant how you described his flow as progressive. I love prog metal and rock so I can’t believe I never realized how Aes is essentially a “progressive rapper.” Even his production is very progressive and distinctive. And every verse is as dense as a 12 minute prog rock epic. 😂
