Delicious chicken wings in spicy honey sauce according to my godmother's recipe. The proportions are perfect. The main thing! Choose your favorite chicken seasoning.
The seasonings below are perfect for this recipe. With them, the wings are tender:
Edel - seasoning for chicken
KAMIS - seasoning for chicken
Eko - seasoning for chickens
The seasoning in the video is quite spicy!!!
Recipe:
20 chicken wings - about 2 kg. 200 g.
2 packets of chicken seasoning (my seasoning without salt)
3 teaspoons of salt (if your seasoning is salt, add to taste)
4 full tablespoons of any liquid honey. Solid honey can be melted in a water bath.
(For 10 chicken wings, 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 packs of spices)
It is ideal to marinate overnight: 6-8 hours.
Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
