Aortic sinus is divided into Right left & posterior aortic sinus & right coronary artery arise from right aortic sinus & left coronary artery arise from left aortic sinus & posterior aortic sinus is Also known as noncoronary sinus but u said left coronary artery arise from left posterior aortic sinus & right came from anterior but in book no anterior is there plzz clarify this ..btw Good work

1) anterior-->. It's called anterior aortic sinus ( also called RIGHT AORTIC SINUS .cuz though it's anterior the sinus is slightly directed towards right) from this **here RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY ORIGIN OCCURS**
2) posterior--> a) right posterior
b) left posterior
a) right posterior--> (also called as NON CORONARY SINUS ) ** here there is no origin of any of the CORONARY ARTERIES**
b)left posterior--> here there is ** ORIGIN OF LEFT CORONARY ARTERY**
