I imported this album, and it's quite insane. I loved listening to it. Several songs that sound like they are 240 BPM, DragonForce-level speed. Don't let the album cover and the pretty song names fool you. This song in particular sounds much better on the album versus this video.

Wings of Purity Official No. It could be I'm not in the mood. Been listening to some Car Bomb, Becoming the Archetype, and Blotted Science. I wound up here because I'm going to see Babymetal soon, and was in a topic on a forum about "similar artists". Babymetal themselves aren't the heaviest, but at least they have moments like Death, Metal Resistance, Tales of the Destinies, etc. I can't picture this band having much beyond this flower metal sound. I dislike stuff like Sonata Arctica for the same reason. I do like some bands with keyboards, mind you, but to start with, it's generally a bad sign.
"Car Bomb, Becoming the Archetype, and Blotted Science." I can see a big reason why you're not really into keyboards. I'm not big into those three, but definitely see how keyboards can be a deal breaker. Honestly, this is similar to (or is) power metal, so that huge "flower metal" sound is going to be present. I get those vibes from most power metal bands, keyboard or not. I'm into Eastern takes on Western things, but haven't found much similar to Babymetal without being generic in western terms, or without it being power metal.

Oh I love this! This song starts out quite relaxing and then it goes right to town. The section between 2:55 and 3:25 is the best part IMO.

yeah hanako is awesome-she was in destrose for a short time-that's where i first saw her-but that being said she is pretty sexy as well!
