Greetings Natalie, I absolutely loved this sequence first thing in the morning. Thank you always for every video you're willing to share with many of us from all walks of life.
Good morning, Natalie! It's still 1 o'clock in the morning here. This is great because I can do this when I wake up and get pumped up for the day. But for now it's gute Nacht und vielen, vielen Dank für die Übung! 🙏✨🌝
@Natalie Reckert: Hi, Natalie! Dir sei Dank! 💪🏻👍
Hi Natalie. Find your vids very helpful, so yes I subscribe. Developed a shoulder impingement a few months ago that I think came from pushing myself too hard with pike & handstand pushups. Now, those exercises or handstands don't hurt much while I do them, but do make my shoulder sore for days afterward. Am doing the standard recovery & rotator cuff exercises, but the problem is persistent. Any advice for continuing handstand practice with this injury? Thx.
Thank you. I really enjoy your videos, I just wish you had some soft music in the background. Music helps me relax when im stretching. Sometimes i play my own music along with the videos. Today was the first day i tried without it. It really wasnt bad at all. i kinda focused more on my breathing. I guess the breath was the music:)
Hiya, Thank you for the feedback. I don't put music so that people can chose, I figured that whover wants music will play their own anyhow. Silence can be good though as you say it makes you really focus on yourself. Best wishes
I have a question about doing mobility before handstand drills. Is it recomedable to do shoulder mobility before handstand drills? I realized that I can not maintain a good handstand if I do mobilitity before it, so I chose to do it after or in other session. is it correct? or I have to try until I can do the drills?
I would say do short mobility just to open the shoulders before training. Because you do need a good shoulder opening for your handstand practice. Do more active than passive mobility and hold passive stretches for only 10 seconds. That should set you up well.
Do u recommend handstand practice for beginner ( during morning time ) might look like a dumb question ! I am asking cause i workout 6 days per week in the afternoon and I wanna learn Handstand . Tried adding it to the beginning of my routine , my workout suffered Tried adding it at the end .. well I’m totally cooked . So I’m thinking of doing 3 session per week when I first wake up 5:30 am
Hiya, not a dumb question at all. I think it is a really personal choice. Me personally I much much prefer to train in the afternoon, evening or even late at night. My body is not ready in the morning. But I have students who wake up very early and practice handstands and it works for them. Follow your body and what works best.
That's like a whole weeks worth of handstands for me before you've even had breakfast. Maybe this is why I'm not progressing as fast as I should be lol
Your calming voice and instruction is so helpful to calm my mind and stay steady! Thanks so much Natalie!
Thank you :) happy to hear that!
Natalie,you are absolutely amazing!

I have to stop and say Puck is sooo adorable.🥰
He's a cutie! He lately does this thing where he stays on his back for ages with paws stretched out. It's very funny.
