Stumbled across this video as I was looking for “ how to remove the rear light” … just for curiosity thought I would have a quick look just to see how the front one is to remove just if I ever had to ... I’m not very good at doing this type of job to be honest but watching this video would give me so much confidence if I had to do this job as this video is absolutely brilliant. Very informative and extremely helpful if I ever get in that situation. Absolutely brilliant and well done !👍🏽😊
Modern car industry - you have to tear apart half the car to remove the headlights. 😕 Good and useful video, thanks. 🤘🙂 Do you perhaps know if this seat model that comes with halogen lights can be fitted with LED lights that go on higher equipment levels? Just mount without software issues?
Yes, they didn't include this in the video. Very important note - if you don't remove these screws, you can damage the bumber trying to "unlock" it from the side latches.
I need to replace the driver's side headlight on my 2016 Leon Cupra. No fogs or washer jets but I have parking sensors. Do I need to remove the whole bumper including arch liner and parking sensors like in the video? Or is just dropping the bumper on to the floor enough.
You may be able to get away with just removing the front arch liner fittings and the one side of the bumper. This should allow the bumper to move forward enough to get to the headlight fittings. Removing the top central bumper fittings will also help.
@@richardhurr31 Yes I would think so, as long as there's enough length on the cable. Personally I would unplug them, it's easy enough to do and then you don't risk pulling on the wires.
Can I just replace the LEDs on my headlight instead of buying a new headlight because my driver side headlight has stopped working for some weird reason
Hello ! Really Looked over the internet but i didnt find nothing relevent !!! i have the turning signal not working is there any way to know why ? any professionals here ?

Sorry we aren't sure on that one, we've not tried this ourselves.
And yet they get stolen so quickly. I don't understand anything anymore
Ah, about the upgrade, yes, you can mount LED headlights BUT you need to get them programmed. This headlights are no longer plug and play.
Just what I was thinking of.. Jeez, literally the whole front end of the car has to be removed to reach headlights lol
very helpful.Thanks for sharing.

The halogen headlight can it be replaced by a led one ?
I don't think it's a straight swap, as the LED light has level sensors linked to it.
