On your 60/40 split what is your portion? When I had consignment rentals I did 60/40 off the nightly rate as well and 60% was for me and 40% to the owner. Owner paid for storage, insurance, and maintenance of the trailer as well.
Great question. Most of our bigger generators are 6-8 gallons of fuel in the tank. We also provide 3-5 gallons depending on the length of trip. We charge $30-40 a day for bigger generator use and $15-25 on smaller units and generators

Yeah we have similar agreement in place with all my owners we keep 60 owners 40. I also take 60/40 split on fees from RVS and OD.

Hey Melvin yes we are. Owners give me their camper and we rent it out on their behalf. We then split the profits 60% us 40% them.

Are the fees per night or per trip?
The add ons are a one time charge unless they use the generator and we charge each night for the generator use.
