KIMBERLY, 37, from New York, is a mum of 10 - and she's had 3 sets of natural twins. With the help of husband John, Kimberley is raising 10 children, 9 of which are biological and 1 is John's nephew who they are fostering. Having 10 children to look after and feed can be quite the challenge, Kim told Truly: "It is very hard to feed 10 people... It's actually 12 including me and John. We go through a loaf of bread a day, milk; we go through half a gallon a day. Our grocery bill... Wooo it's $4,000 a month! How do we do it? I have no idea!" Despite the loving environment that Kim and John have created for their large family, online trolls have flooded their social media with judgement. Kimberly said: "Not everything on social media is nice, comments like: 'Oh they're on public assistance, I know she gets a lot of food stamps, what does he see in you, he must be blind' ... And it hurts me." Despite the trolls and haters, Kimberley and John love their large family and believe the hate they receive only makes them stronger. They added: "We have 10 kids and who knows? Maybe we're done, maybe we're not!"

My grandmother had 8 kids (4 boys and 4 girls), my youngest uncle and my older cousin have only 4 yers of differences ,and her father has 7 kids and her mother has 7 kids (they split up when she was born but ended having the same destiny lol). Some people just are ment to have kids.

I nearly passed out when she said $3-4k a month for groceries. I cry about our $400-500 monthly grocery bill with two kids. I'm glad she and her husband works together well as a team, because as a married woman theres no other way to do it. I'm beyond grateful for my husband, because we have team work down!

You are a BEAUTIFUL woman! I could not handle that many kids I know that. I always wanted to have kids but never did unfortunately. I did babysit for a lot of different families. The older I got the less patience I had for children. Also all of my senses are sensitive so having that many kids making noise would be too much for me. I've got to hand it to you I couldn't do it. Girl, it’s a black thing. We can married and have 6 kids and people automatically assume we need financial assistance. But you see these white couples with 12+kids and it’s “cute” “home full of love” “daddy and mommy work hard as a team” and nobody is questioning how they can afford xyz.

I wonder why people get judged just because they have many kids, is their choice as long they can afford. They are happy and healthy than most households were there are 1 or 2 kids. We are 8 kids, no assistance from grn or nobody. We are now Drs, Lawyers, teachers, Detectives. We are happy and very close.

I honestly don’t believe that people should have large families if they can’t financially support their families themselves. This is partly why my husband and I don’t want kids (there are many other reasons). Unless we can afford for me to be a stay at home mom for a few years, and not rely on others for money and childcare, then I’d possibly have one.

You go big family! My gramma was one of 12, my other was 1 of 9. My husband and I had 8. Children are truly blessings from the Lord. God took care of us. He sent people to provide cribs, beds, bunkbeds, dressers, and piles of clothes. Now we have 23 grandchildren! God is so good!
