  • Dennis Rodman (aka The Worm) is one of the greatest rebounders ever to play professional basketball, with five NBA championships under his belt. He's arguably just as well-known for his off-court antics, and his resume includes stints as an author, an actor, a reality star, a wrestler, and an unofficial diplomat to North Korea.
Of course he will be best known for his time on the Dynasty that was the Chicago Bulls team, alongside Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen and was recently featured in the breakout documentary The Last Dance

What We Discuss with Dennis Rodman:
🐛 How Dennis went from being a shy, neglected kid to a people-pleasing watch thief to a man who values independence and naysayer-defying personal expression above all else.
🐛 Why the hustle of living as a homeless 19-year-old was more appealing than eating mustard sandwiches in the projects with his family.
🐛 The volatile relationship Dennis has had with the media over the years, and how he decides who's worthy of his trust (and who's not) these days.
🐛 Why, given his passing interest in basketball until a late growth spurt made him a contender, Dennis' self-taught and unique approach to world-class rebounding is particularly surprising.
🐛 How his life changed after the famous Last Dance with the Chicago Bulls
🐛 Marrying himself, being an early ally to the LBGTQ community, the pros and cons of fame, and risky birthday toasts to Kim Jong-un in North Korea.
    🐛 And much more...

This man has always been special and has the "IT" factor! He is protected by the grace of God and is literally a walking and living testimony. May God continue to protect this man and may his life and words of wisdom continue to positively impact those who care to listen and not be judgmental....Peace, love, and blessings Mr. Dennis Rodman! By the way, I also played bbal from middle school to college and you always inspired me....You were different, hustled, played hard, frustrated some of the greatest players just based on your presence on the court, did not give a damn what people thought of you via self expression, and I LOVED IT!! 😍 😉 There are not very many people I would love to meet just to let them know their influence on my life but you SIR are one of them....Blessings to you forever more. 🙏🏾

Great interview. I appreciate is honesty, so down to earth and seems like he has a big heart and has lived it up in his day. However, does he have IV in arm?

Wow! That’s not so weird for people who have millions of dollars that can afford such elaborate anti aging treatments. what’s weird that he was actually doing that during an interview, but that’s how Mr Rodman rolls😆
Unfortunately, i have not listened to that podcast, i just happen to come across this channel on UA-cam. I will definitely be checking out the podcast.

@@kandikane923 Ah, this is what Rogan and a few other guys do (and somebody was talking for it for after you've been doing unhealthy things, partying, etc.), so it's like a vitamin drip with all kinds of "good" stuff in it, haha.

One thing Dennis did was once opportunity presented itself he grabbed hold of it with both hands and didn't let go! He literally WENT TO WORK! He is the proverbial man who pulled himself up by his bootstraps and worked his ass off to make something of himself!!!!

His mom pisses me off she left him homeless and didn't give a fuck about him until he was famous suddenly she says he abandoned her what b.s if he ended up a homeless black man on drugs I can 100 percent say with clarity she would not of cared because he became special suddenly she wanted something to with him such shit I was kicked out as a teenager I was a homeless young man as well so I get what it's like I don't think I ever truly forgave my mom for that it's not something you just get over and it's the obvious reason he has such abandonment issues because the one person who was sopose to love him kicked him out turned her back and puts the blame on him true narcissistic personality I have the same type of family I'm glad dennis said fuck it to everyone and did his own thing

I LOVE DENNIS. I THOUGHT HE WAS ONE OF A KIND BASKETBALL PLAYER AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN A REBOUNDER LIKE HIM WHO COULD MAKE THREE POINTERS, MAKE BASKETS IN A PINCH, DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO GUARD ANYONE ON THE OPPOSITION WHO WAS DEEMED A THREAT AND HE WASN'T AFRAID OF GETTING HURT, WASN'T AFRAID OF GETTING EJECTED, WASN'T AFRAID OF BEING DEJECTED OR REJECTED. I HAD NO IDEA HOW COMPASSIONATE AND EMOTIONAL DENNIS REALLY IS AND HOW HE FELT ABANDONED IF THERE WAS ANY CHANGE TO THE TEAM. HE LONGED FOR STABILITY, BUT HE WAS SO AFRAID OF COMMITMENT WHEN IT CAME TO RELATIONSHIPS. HE'S BEEN BURNED SO MANY TIMES, WHEN IS THE NEXT TIME COMING? HE SAW IT WITH HIS MOTHER. HIS FATHER ABANDONED HIS FAMILY. HIS FIRST WIFE LEFT HIM WITH HIS DAUGHTER. HIS NBA TEAM BROKE APART AND HIS BELOVED COACH, FATHER FIGURE LEFT... HE WAS HEART BROKEN. IT'S AS IF, "HERE WE GO AGAIN." I FEEL IN MY HEART DENNIS HAD A NERVOUS BREAK DOWN WHEN HE WAS FOUND WITH THE WEAPON IN HIS HAND. HE WASN'T INTENTIONALLY HARMING HIMSELF. HE PERHAPS WANTED TO SHOOT SOME ROUNDS. THE DESERT IS A GOOD PLACE TO DO THAT AND TO YELL AND SCREAM. DENNIS IS A GOOD MAN. HE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN GOOD TO THE LADIES IN HIS LIFE, BUT HOPEFULLY HE IS TURNING THAT AROUND AND SPENDING MORE TIME WITH HIS CHILDREN. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE HIS CHILDREN. EVEN IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE A PART OF HIS, HE STILL HAS TO BE A FATHER AND BE PRESENT NO MATTER WHAT AND NOT BE LIKE HIS FATHER. BREAK THE CYCLE. BE A GOOD DAD. AND IF HE'S IN A RELATIONSHIP, BE A GOOD SIGNIFICANT OTHER OR SPOUSE. HE WEARS HIS HEART ON HIS SLEEVE I BELIEVE. I NEVER REALIZED THAT. HE SHOWS HIS HAND AND HE'S ALL IN RIGHT AWAY. HE CAN BREAK THE CYCLE OF BEING A BAD HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND LIKE WHAT HIS FATHER WAS TO HIS MOTHER AND BE A GREAT PARTNER. NO ONE IS PERFECT. NOT EVEN HIS FEMALE COUNTER PART(S). A RELATIONSHIP IS WORK AND IT TAKES BOTH PARTNERS TO WORK AT IT. DENNIS CAN PERFECT HIS RELATIONSHIPS. HE'S HUMAN AND A WONDERFUL ONE AT THAT. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. LOVE HIM DEARLY. ❤

Ask Dennis about Monkey Island at Grand Lake. Dude always partied like 5 crazy rock stars in one person. I am not kidding. I never knew a person could do that much dope and be alive the next day. I’m pretty sure we all know how he passed so many drug tests.
He always cleared his throat when he was.... janked up. I know he’s got an IV here. Hmmm that’s
    Interesting.
Hope he’s doing ok though. Those were some CRAZY days, back in the early 90s. Yep, I’m old now. Lol.
    All the best to him

Sounds like a personal choice. If he wants to do it. let him. Stoping someone is a violation of basic life rights. You don't know if they have wills and statements if death.
