De blade is oftend not vibrating
@@michaelgiliam5909 A friend of mine told me just a week ago that he had the exact same opinion, that it was the worst chatterbait he had used, that it took a lot of force to get it vibrating. Not saying that people shouldn't make up their own opinion, and I haven't tried it myself, just telling that you are not alone in your thoughts.
I change the blade to a iron 1 from fox and works perfect now

As someone else has said, these are poor chatterbaits. I found they require a lot of encouragement to get the blade to vibrate. On some retrieves it will not engage at all. If you fish them without a trailer, they are better, but the problem still exists. I have other brands of chatterbait and they work as soon as you start to retrieve them. I think it's the blade design that they made the same shape as their logo - all other chatterbaits I use have a similar blade that's squared off. Poor design Westin.
